Karen Lockyear from Fabface Productions tells the Shaftesbury Fringe podcast about her play, ‘The Visitor’.
This witty, charming and partly autobiographical comedy is set in 1981. It was influenced by Tisbury-based Karen’s experiences of the London club circuit when she used to ‘hang out’ with Boy George and Steve Strange.
Be prepared for a dark twist and a change in emotion though, when the arrival of an unwanted visitor turns an otherwise normal night into a different place and things spiral out of control.
You can see The Visitor at the Shaston Club on Sunday, 7thJuly at 9.00pm.
