You may have heard Dean Carter playing his Tibetan bowls around Shaftesbury. They look like steel drums.
Now, Dean is offering people attending this year’s Shaftesbury Fringe the relaxing and rejuvenating experience of a ‘soundbath’, as he plays his crystal bowls.
In our interview, which you can hear by clicking on the banner below, Dean says sometimes his audience members are so relaxed they doze off. It feels unusual playing the instruments to a room filled with snoring people!
Dean will be at the Bell Street United Church on the 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th of August between 2pm and 3pm. Tickets are £10 and you can book on (01935) 389655.
