Choosing what to see

You can find out about all the amazing events happening at the Fringe in several ways.

  • We list the acts here on the website
  • We have the Shaftesbury Fringe app
  • We produce an A4 printed programme

Printed Programme

We aim to produce the printed programme shortly before the start of Fringe. We distribute the programme around the town a couple of weeks beforehand and it will be available from Fringe HQ at the Town Hall during the Fringe weekend itself.

Website Listing

We list all currently registered acts here on the website on two pages, as a searchable list by date and time and as a separate list of unique performances.
Once the programme has been printed, you can search the Changes column on the events listing for all updates after publication.

The Shaftesbury Fringe App

The app is your best bet for keeping bang up to date with Fringe happenings.

New versions are regularly released when blocks of registrations have been received. Between full releases, new registrations are automatically added to the existing version (for technical reasons, minus the performer’s photograph).

We continue to update the app and website after release of the printed programme and during the Fringe itself, to include late added acts and other event changes.

You can download the app by searching for “Shaftesbury Fringe 2026” on both the Apple App and Google Play Stores, or by clicking the links below.
